Service name, owner, impact (High / Medium / Low), RTO, RPO, dependencies, status (Operational / At Risk / Down). Missing RTO or RPO is flagged. Services with no matching recovery plan show No Plan.
Linked service, scenario, owner, steps defined (Yes / Partial / No), last tested, status (Approved / Draft / Not Started), and evidence. Plans not tested in a long window show Not Tested. Missing steps tint the row.
KPI cards at the top summarize services at risk, plans missing, and stale tests.
List critical services
Add each service customers would feel if it failed. Set RTO/RPO even if they are targets, not proven numbers.
Attach a plan
Create a recovery plan for the same service name so the No Plan badge clears.
Test and evidence
After a tabletop or restore test, update Last tested and attach notes or screenshots.
High-impact services without RTO/RPO or a plan should be treated as Governance gaps on the Roadmap.
