Sidebar bottom → Audit Log (/audit-log) — admins only. Viewers do not see the nav item.

How to use it
Filter the trail
Search and page through events before an audit interview.
Inspect a change
Expand rows with diffs to see what changed.
Export
Download the log when an auditor asks for a change history.
The audit log is an accountability trail. It does not replace framework Evidence tabs — attach files there for control proof.
