What it knows
The advisor is not a generic chatbot. Each question is answered with context from:
- Assessment score and implemented vs required controls
- Top gaps and pillar risk levels
- Roadmap tasks and owners
- Assets and open vulnerabilities
- Critical services
- Framework task and evidence progress (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and others)
How to use it
Open the panel
Click Ask vCISO. Suggested prompts appear until you send the first message.
Ask in your org's language
Examples: "What should we do this sprint?", "Why is Data Security weak?", "Which SOC 2 controls still lack evidence?"
Follow the arrows
Replies use short recommended actions. Then jump to Roadmap, Tasks, or the matching framework tab.
Ask vCISO cannot change records. Admins still update Assessment, Tasks, and evidence in the product.
