Where it lives

In-page tabs
Counts and highlights: missing owners, stale reviews, classification mix. Use it as the weekly inventory pulse.
Applications: name, category, owner, department, classification, license, user count, vendor, purchase and last-reviewed dates. Categories include endpoint apps plus sanctioned / shadow / web / GenAI SaaS when KiteCyber is connected.
Devices: name, type, owner, OS, serial, location, classification. KiteCyber sync fills hostname, serial, MAC, compliance flags, and notes.
Manual vs synced

Add an asset
On Software or Hardware, click Add. Classification (for example Business Critical) drives how loudly missing owners show.
Search and filter
Filter by classification, category, or owner before an audit.
Optional sync
Admins connect KiteCyber in Settings then Sync now. Details: Integrations.
Viewers can browse inventory but cannot add or delete. Write actions are admin-only.
